UNHCR: Case Study
This summer Clockwork’s North London branch completed an extensive and time sensitive move for The United Nations Refugee Agency. Working from Friday morning until Monday afternoon our Commercial Sales Manager Andy Phillips, Commercial Move Coordinator Alf Whybrow, Foreman Nick Kiknadze and his crew orchestrated this highly technical move across 3 floors of the agency’s building on The Strand, Central London.
The Move
Nearly 1000 crates were used throughout the 4 days and up to 20 men were working at any one time. We packed, moved and unpacked 3 separate departments of the agency as well as much of their IT equipment and moved 9 container loads of furniture into our secure storage facilities.
For this kind of move planning, organisation and logistics are paramount, and with fantastic feedback from the UNHCR stating the “move was a great success due to the incredibly hard work of Clockwork and its expert team”, we are delighted to have delivered on all three.
