Part of the northern powerhouse Leeds is widely thought of as the financial, commercial and cultural heart of West Yorkshire. Sitting in the foothills of the Pennines on the River Aire the city has a growing tech industry and a number of big UK companies have based their head offices there. If you are moving to Leeds check out our area guide for our favourite places to move to in and around the city.

Roundhay Park is the second largest city park in Europe and boasts lakes and woodland, scented gardens for the blind and a Tropical wildlife park. Bordering Roundhay are the equally affluent area’s of Alwoodley and Moortown, this whole area has plenty of large family homes and is in the sought after LS17 postcode.
